We look at the beneficiary’s entire requirements to make a lasting difference to their lives rather than simply alleviating the symptoms or current difficulties.


We are currently using a virtual appointment system, until the current health restrictions has concluded. For those with some digital skills we use a platform that is conducive to their skills, this can be Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or other platforms. Those with low or no digital skills, engagement is usually via telephone, we have found those who class themselves as digitally excluded and / or illiterate can normally use social network platforms such as Facebook messenger and WhatsApp, so we encourage beneficiaries to use the video applications in these platforms.
